These one-to-one yoga and pilates sessions are fully tailored to you — your body, your nervous system, your injuries, energy levels and lived experience.

Sessions may include a blend of Yin yoga, slow vinyasa, myofascial release, meditation, breathwork and mat pilates, depending on what will support you most on the day. The focus is on building strength, mobility and confidence in a way that feels sustainable, grounded and supportive.

This work is especially helpful if you:

  • feel overwhelmed or dysregulated in group classes

  • are returning to movement after injury, illness or burnout

  • want to build strength with intelligent sequencing and specific to your needs

  • hold tension or stress in your body

  • benefit from individual attention

Each session is guided with care, clear cueing and respect for your needs — meeting you where you are.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

  • Yin Yoga — slow, grounded holds to support fascia, joints and nervous system regulation

  • Vinyasa Yoga — gentle to moderate flow to build strength, coordination and confidence

  • Myofascial Release — using breath, movement and self-release techniques to reduce tension

  • Meditation & Breathwork — to calm the mind and support emotional regulation

  • Mat Pilates — functional strength, stability and posture-focused movement
