Before Your Session
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows ease of movement (long sleeves and pants are ideal).
For your comfort, avoid eating meals for at least 2 hours before your session — a light snack is fine.
Arrive well-hydrated and 5 mins early to give yourself a few moments to settle before we begin.
What to Expect
Zen Thai Shiatsu is a floor-based, fully clothed bodywork practice offered on a large mat. Sessions may include gentle pressure, assisted stretching, rocking, and stillness, all guided by breath and your body’s natural rhythms. The pace is slow, intuitive, and never forced. If you’d like to receive fire cupping or Moxibution, please reach out to Becky prior to your session to arrange this.
